Classifying your cleanroom one room at a time
Klimer d.n.o. performs the IQ and OQ documentations according the different standards (ISO 14644, FS209e, GMP). We validate cleanrooms, sampling booths, LAF rooms, all kinds of safety cabins (Class I, II, III).
Validations are performed by a team of trained experts who use annually calibrated measuring devices. After completing the validation, we also prepare a report (also in English), which is variable for inspection services. We offer you complete solutions, not only the measurements, also the regulations of HVAC systems to get the permitted values.
Klimer d.n.o.: Founding Member and Initiator of the Slovenian Cleanroom Society (SCS)
We are proud to announce that Klimer d.n.o. is both a founding member and a key driving force behind the establishment of the Slovenian Cleanroom Society (SCS). Our Business Director, Nataša Štirn, M.Sc., serves as the association’s Vice President, and we are honored to collaborate with industry leaders to advance cleanroom technology in Slovenia. The SCS operates under the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (GZS) and is working towards membership with the International Confederation of Contamination Control Societies (ICCCS).
The SCS was created to fill the need for a dedicated Slovenian association focused on cleanroom technology and contamination control. The association's vision is inspired by similar organizations around the world, such as the Irish Cleanroom Society (ICS). By establishing a national association, we aim to foster growth, set industry standards, and support professionals working in contamination-sensitive environments across sectors, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, optics, and nanotechnology.
Our Objectives: The goals of SCS are to promote public understanding of cleanroom technology, advance the science of contamination control, and foster high standards within the industry. Key aims include:
Educating the public and promoting health through cleanroom technology.
Developing and standardizing effective cleanroom and contamination control practices.
Supporting research and professional training to meet the needs of Slovenia's growing industries, particularly pharmaceuticals, which are seeing substantial investments from companies such as Novartis, Sandoz, and Porton.
Our Actions: To achieve these objectives, SCS will:
Host symposiums, seminars, and exhibitions to share knowledge and expertise.
Promote educational initiatives and training in cleanroom technology and contamination control.
Encourage research across all areas related to cleanroom technology.
Collaborate in establishing and monitoring standards and guidelines to ensure best practices.
Our Principles: The Slovenian Cleanroom Society is committed to being a non-profit, non-partisan organization that is open to all cleanroom professionals and users in Slovenia.
Under the leadership of our president, Mr. Aleš Bogataj from Novartis, and guided by extensive industry expertise, SCS brings together Slovenia's largest cleanroom users, especially in pharmaceuticals. We are pleased to have a growing list of esteemed Corporate Members, including:
Lek d.d. (Sandoz)
Novartis d.o.o.
IskraPio d.o.o.
Camfil Slovenia d.o.o.
Messer Slovenija d.o.o.
Klimer Štirn d.n.o.
NKM d.o.o.
Lonstroff d.o.o.
TRM Filter d.o.o.
NAYA LIFE SCIENCES d.o.o.

With this collaborative foundation, the Slovenian Cleanroom Society is set to play a crucial role in supporting and advancing Slovenia’s cleanroom and contamination control industries for the benefit of all its members and the broader community.
We invite all interested parties to join us and become members of our association. By doing so, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the development of cleanroom technology and contamination control in Slovenia and beyond.

STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS
Klimer is proud to be in partnership with Conor Murray, the President of the Irish Cleanroom Society current Chair of the ICCCS (International Confederation of Contamination Control Societies)”. Conor is also Head of Delegation for Ireland at ISO/TC 209 and a Convenor of the working group on microbiological control. Nataša Štirn is representing Slovenia and the National Standards Authority of Slovenia (SIST) as a SME in working groups at ISO/TC209 and the European mirror CEN/TC243 on cleanroom standardization since April 2023, has demonstrated professionalism, excellence, and a commitment to high quality.
This partnership is deeply rooted in the shared commitment to international cleanroom standards. As a symbol of our strong partnership, Conor Murray gifted us the Celtic Cross of Journeys and Meetings, which represents the enduring bond we have established, reflecting our dedication to collaboration and growth. This emblem signifies the promise of future achievements as we continue to work closely together, building on our strong foundation of mutual support and shared objectives.
